Returns:
Due to the highly limited and collectible nature of our items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on Kaido House apparel and merchandise. All sales are final. Please carefully refer to the sizing charts or sizing recommendations for all apparel before you order.
If my order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:
All merchandise purchased from our site are quality inspected at multiple points before fulfillment. If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item in your order, please email cs@kaidohouse.com for further instructions.
Cancel Order Policy:
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our items, we cannot accommodate cancellations, as orders go into the processing cycle immediately after completing the checkout system.
Diecast Products Policy:
Due to the limited and collectible nature of our diecast items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
We encourage you to purchase your diecast products from official and reputable authorized dealers of our Mini GT and Ignition Models products, who are to provide post purchase services such as warranty inquiries. Kaido House LLC does not service such warranty requests. Please contact your retailer should you have any questions or requests for items not purchased through Kaido House LLC.
